If so, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team on the journey to success!
In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment and help us attract the kind of talent that drives our business forward:
What You’ll do:
Support the recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to interviews and hiring
Search for great candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases and other recruitment channels
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment journey and help us deliver a great candidate experience
Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers and different teams across the business
Prepare and publish job advertisements
Explore new tools, technologies and AI solutions that can help us work smarter and improve the recruitment experience
Requirements
What you’ll need to succeed:
Recently graduated from university and ready to start your career in a full-time role
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Positive attitude and genuine willingness to learn
Curiosity, energy and motivation to develop in recruitment and talent acquisition
Team-player mindset and willingness to collaborate and support others
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Good knowledge of MS Office
Progressive and digital mindset about new technologies and AI
Ability to adapt, learn quickly and work in a dynamic environment
