Job Description: Senior OutSystems Developer
We are seeking a hands-on Senior OutSystems Developer to build, support, and enhance enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate has delivered production systems in a Singapore Government environment and is comfortable working across application development and supporting technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using the OutSystems platform.
- Contribute to the delivery of enterprise-grade production systems, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, deployment, and documentation.
- Support applications after go-live by investigating incidents, resolving defects, and implementing enhancements.
- Work with Oracle Database to develop, query, and support application data solutions.
- Collaborate with teams across application development and related technology areas, such as database, infrastructure, integration, security, and identity.
- Follow established enterprise development, security, quality, and operational practices.
Requirements
- At least 5–7 years of hands-on application development experience using OutSystems.
- Experience delivering at least one Singapore Government project involving an OutSystems-based production system, with a total project or contract value of at least S$5 million.
- Experience supporting at least one production application after go-live, including incident investigation, defect resolution, or application enhancement.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Database in an application-development or production-support environment.
- Experience in an enterprise technology environment involving application development and at least one supporting area, such as database, infrastructure, integration, security, or identity.

- Ability to work independently while contributing to a cross-functional team.
