Location: Boston, MA (South Station office)

Salary range: $40K-$45K Per Annum
Job description:
- Good Customer Service Skills
- Demonstrate technical experience
- Proficient in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems
- Skilled in System administrative tasks
- Experience troubleshooting Application and Operating System related issues
- Knowledge on Networking preferred
- Troubleshoot Laptop, Desktop, Thin Clients, Printers, Hardware & Drivers issues
- Coordinate with the Depot for Asset Management, shipment of hardware
- Telephony Support (Avaya and Cisco IP Phones)
- Familiarity with ITIL principles
- Hands-on experience using ServiceNow
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
The pay range for this role is $40,000- $45,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
