Salary :- $110K -$115K
Strong hands on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud development and customization, developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Expertise in Salesforce Flows, including Record Triggered Flows, Screen Flows, omplex automation, configuring Salesforce Approval Processes and approval routing.
Proficiency in Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and test classes.
Experience with Adobe Acrobat Sign integration, agreement templates, field mappings, and signature workflows.
Knowledge of REST API integrations, external systems, integration troubleshooting, Salesforce debugging, governor limits, code optimization, and deployment tools.
One who can work or think as a Solution Architect role who can upgrade or legacy architecture to modern
AWS & Serverless Architecture: Architect high performance bridges between Salesforce and AWS. Lead the strategy for off platform processing via AWS Lambda, event driven workflows using EventBridge, and leveraging AWS compute to bypass Salesforce governor limits.
AI & Intelligent Automation: Design and deploy AI first automations, including Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, and custom LLM integrations to transform manual tasks into predictive, autonomous business processes.
System Evolution & Modernization: Take full ownership of the architectural roadmap. Audit and resolve legacy technical debt while architecting new, scalable functionalities that align with long term business goals.
Ecosystem Governance: Define the "Source of Truth" across a hybrid landscape, optimizing seamless data flows between Salesforce, AWS data lakes, and third party APIs.

The pay range for this role is $110,000- $115,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. Tech Mahindra also offers benefits like medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance, and paid time off (including holidays, parental leave, and sick leave, as required by law).
