Job Summary

Job Title: Technical Project Manager (Delivery)

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (Delivery) with a strong background in .Net Core to lead and manage complex projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies, with a proven track record of delivering high quality projects on time and within budget. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate cross functional teams to deliver projects that meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget management.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in .Net Core development and architecture.
• Proven experience in managing software development projects, preferably in an Agile environment.
• Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge of other programming languages and frameworks.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10 15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on technical delivery.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex projects and managing cross functional teams.
