Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Consultant with a strong background in Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and optimizing the Oracle Fusion HCM platform to meet our clients' needs. This role requires a deep understanding of HCM processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze client requirements and design solutions using Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Configure the Oracle Fusion HCM application to align with business processes.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HCM modules.
• Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of the system.
• Perform system testing and validation to ensure functionality meets business needs.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion HCM features and best practices.
• Document configuration changes and maintain system documentation.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to HCM functionalities.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM).
• Proven experience in configuring HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Oracle Cloud applications beyond HCM.
• Knowledge of HR business processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with data migration and integration tools.
• Project management experience in HCM implementations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM consulting or a similar role.
• Relevant Oracle certifications in HCM are a plus.
