Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Workday integrations.
• Build and support integrations using:
  • EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
  • Core Connectors
  • Studio
  • Document Transformation
  • Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)
  • Cloud Connect integrations
• Develop inbound and outbound interfaces between Workday and third party systems.
• Analyze business requirements and provide integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Support Workday releases, testing, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with Functional SMEs, HR, Payroll, Benefits, and external vendors.
• Create technical design documentation, integration specifications, and support documents.
• Ensure integrations comply with security, audit, and data privacy requirements.
• Monitor integration performance and optimize processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands on Workday Integration experience.
• Strong expertise in:
  • Workday Studio
  • EIB
  • Core Connectors
  • Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST)
  • XSLT
  • XML
  • JSON
  • XPath
• Experience with Workday HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll and Talent modules.
• Strong knowledge of Workday security and business process framework.
• Experience integrating Workday with external vendors and enterprise applications.
• Good understanding of middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica.
• Experience with report writing and calculated fields.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

• Workday Integration Certification.
• Experience in global Workday implementations/support projects.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Knowledge of Workday Prism, Extend, or Orchestrate is an added advantage.
