Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end to end Workday integration design, development, deployment, and support.
- Develop and maintain integrations using:
- EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
- Core Connectors
- Document Transformation
- Workday Studio
- Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)
- PECI/PICOF
- RaaS and custom reports
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
- Design inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third party systems.
- Support data conversions, migrations, and interface testing activities.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide production support.
- Collaborate with Functional SMEs, Payroll, HR, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, and IT teams.
- Participate in SIT, UAT, cutover, and go live activities.
- Ensure integration security, monitoring, and compliance with enterprise standards.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of HRIS/Integration experience.
- 5+ years of hands on Workday Integration experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- Workday Studio
- EIB
- Core Connectors
- XML/XSLT
- Workday Web Services
- REST/SOAP APIs
- RaaS
- Document Transformation
- Experience integrating Workday with:
- Payroll systems (ADP, UKG, Ceridian)
- ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Benefits providers
- Active Directory / Identity systems
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and client facing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday Integration Certification.
- Experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Dell Boomi, or Informatica.
- Experience supporting global Workday implementations.
- Exposure to Workday HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits, or Finance modules.
