We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer specialized in Python and React to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for building user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.js and designing scalable, robust back-end microservices using Python. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, bridging the gap between functional UI/UX designs and high-performance server-side logic
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain highly responsive user interfaces using React.js. Translate mockups and wireframes into clean, high-quality code.
Write effective, scalable, and reusable Python code using modern frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Django, or Flask).
Design and build secure, high-performance RESTful APIs, ensuring smooth data flow and seamless integration between the front-end components and back-end logic.
Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB) to optimize storage, run complex queries, and manage data pipelines.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across various web browsers and infrastructure environments.
Participate in code reviews, write comprehensive technical documentation, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, UX designers, and DevOps)
Required Qualifications & Skills:
6+ years of professional software engineering experience working with full-stack applications.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and core React.js concepts, state management workflows (e.g., Redux, Context API), and front-end build tools.
Solid experience with server-side logic in Python and at least one major framework (e.g., FastAPI, Django, Flask).
Direct experience with Git version control and modern authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth).
Excellent problem-solving capabilities, clear communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.
The pay range for this role is $110,000- $120,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
