Job Summary

Position - System Engineer

• Availability for rotational shifts
• No fixed weekly offs (2 weekly offs will be provided as per roster)
• Work from office (No Work from Home)
• Base location: Tech M Noida NSEZ
• No fixed leaves/holidays aligned with the Indian calendar. All leaves will be granted subject to operational feasibility only.
• Demonstrates adaptability towards new learning, sincerity, and ownership of work.
• Experience Range - 2-4 Years

Job Description

• Experience on SolarWinds and other monitoring tools
• To provide support in operations with infrastructure monitoring and healthcheck.
• Monitor Systems and Network
• Perform daily health checks of systems
• Report and Route alerts/incidents to appropriate teams
• Responsible for Incident Handling, Service Requests and Escalation Management.
• Professional and proactive approach in monitoring alerts
• Update tickets based on the calls & Escalate tickets to respective teams
• Engage Central Support Team for any tickets that requires troubleshooting or extended support
• Should be an active Team Player across various IT domains
• ITIL Foundation Certified (Mandatory)"
