Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Developer specializing in Platform/Product development with a strong focus on QAD Programming. The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in software development, demonstrating a deep understanding of platform architecture and product lifecycle management. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively within a team to deliver high quality software solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions for platform and product applications.
• Utilize QAD Programming to enhance existing systems and develop new functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.
• Participate in troubleshooting and debugging of applications to resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain documentation of software development processes, code changes, and system configurations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficient in QAD Programming.
• Strong experience in software development using languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Experience with database management systems (SQL, Oracle, etc.).
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge of front end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience in working with APIs and microservices architecture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7 10 years of relevant work experience in software development.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
