Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ML Engineer with a strong background in AI and Generative AI Architecture. The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence, with a proven track record of designing and implementing robust AI solutions. You will play a crucial role in developing innovative machine learning models and architectures that drive our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement and optimize AI and Generative AI architectures for scalability and performance.
• Conduct experiments and analyze data to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices in machine learning and AI architecture.
• Document processes, methodologies, and results to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in AI and Generative AI Architecture.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit learn).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Hands on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying ML solutions.
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform data preprocessing and feature engineering.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD in ML projects.
• Knowledge of MLOps and model monitoring techniques.
• Experience in working with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Qualifications:
