Job Summary

  • Design and develop customer decisioning solutions using Pega CDH.
  • Configure and maintain Next Best Action (NBA) framework.
  • Create and optimize engagement strategies, actions, treatments, and propositions.
  • Configure business rules, decision tables, scorecards, and adaptive models.
  • Implement arbitration and prioritization logic.
    • Configure outbound and inbound campaigns.
    • Implement customer segmentation and audience targeting.
    • Develop customer journeys and engagement policies.
    • Configure Customer Engagement Studio and campaign workflows.
    • Enable multi channel customer interactions across web, mobile, email, SMS, and call center channels.
      • Configure Adaptive Decisioning and Predictive Analytics.
      • Implement propensity models and predictive models.
      • Monitor model performance and optimize customer decision strategies.
      • Support AI driven personalization initiatives.
