We are seeking an experienced AI Developer to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and Gen AI architecture, with a proven track record of building multi-agent capabilities, developing MCP tools, and creating efficient workflows and business logic. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and innovative thinking to enhance user-facing functionality and streamline AI agents and workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement multi-agent systems that enhance AI capabilities.
• Develop and maintain MCP tools to support business processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine business logic.
• Create user-facing functionalities that improve user experience and engagement.
• Analyze and optimize existing AI workflows for efficiency and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in AI and Gen AI technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications for future reference.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in AI and Gen AI architecture.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
