Job Summary

• Define overall testing strategy and approach for the project.
• Prepare Test Plans, Test Strategy documents, and Test Schedules.
• Estimate testing effort, resource requirements, and timelines.
• Identify testing risks and mitigation plans.
• Establish testing processes, standards, and quality gates.
• • Lead and manage the testing team across multiple workstreams.
  • Allocate work and monitor testing progress.
  • Track test execution and defect closure status.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and executive level test status reports.
  • Ensure adherence to project quality standards and timelines.
  • • Review business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
