Here's what awaits you

• You create meaningful reports, KPI analyses, liquidity planning, and FTE reports, making complex financial data transparent and understandable through budgets, P&L forecasts, and analyses
• In controlling, you analyze commercial metrics and derive concrete business insights from them
• You work closely with our tax office and ensure a smooth handover of all relevant documents, e.g. when preparing monthly and annual financial statements
• You identify optimization potential and actively drive the standardization and further development of commercial processes and structures, e.g. establishing a budget system for the individual business units
• You are responsible for invoicing our client projects, supporting the process from preparation through approval to billing, ensuring that services are correctly recorded and cleanly invoiced, and monitoring payments

• You have a commercial background (e.g. degree, apprenticeship, or comparable path) and feel at home in a finance and controlling environment
• You handle sensitive information responsibly and are highly trustworthy when dealing with confidential data
• Ideally, you bring some practical experience from a project-driven environment such as an agency, IT, consulting, or services, and understand the dynamics behind it
• Numbers mean more to you than just reporting: you want to understand, question, and derive real value for the business, and you use Excel confidently as a matter of course
• You work in a structured, reliable, yet pragmatic way with a clear hands-on mentality
• Analyzing and meaningfully simplifying processes energizes you rather than holding you back
• Communicating on equal footing comes naturally to you, whether with project teams, finance, or external partners
• You are confident in both German and English, written and spoken
