• Model insurance products and design business processes in BPMN 2.0
• Createrequirements and gap analyses, including coordination with development teams
• Develop, discuss, and take ownership of solution designs, including customer-specific implementations
• Make process-related software adjustments in Java/Camunda BPM
• Requirements engineering
• Plan and conduct functional tests
• Project work: IT consulting and system integration (including on-site with clients)

This is what sets you apart

• You have completed a degree in business informatics or a comparable field, or hold an equivalent qualification through professional experience
• You bring initial experience as a business analyst or requirements engineer, ideally within core insurance systems
• Ideally, you bring knowledge of process modeling (e.g. BPMN 2.0) and process automation (e.g. Camunda BPM)
• You also take on responsibility at the interface between business and IT
• You have basic knowledge of JavaScript and SQL
• You are proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• You are able to explain technical matters clearly and precisely in both German and English
