Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Management

• Lead software development projects from initial requirement gathering through planning, execution, delivery, and post-launch support.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocation strategies, and delivery roadmaps.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.
• Coordinate with development, UI/UX, QA, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Establish and maintain effective project management practices using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet agreed requirements, technical standards, and client expectations.

Technical Understanding & Solution Planning

• Work closely with technical teams to understand system architecture, technical challenges, development approaches, and implementation strategies.
• Participate in technical discussions and help evaluate alternative solutions based on business requirements, scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Facilitate communication between clients, business stakeholders, and development teams.
• Ensure that technical decisions and implementation plans remain aligned with project objectives.

Client Management & Business Analysis

• Communicate directly with local and international clients to understand their business needs, expectations, and challenges.
• Conduct client meetings, requirement discovery sessions, and project discussions, including occasional onsite visits.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear, structured, and actionable software requirements.
• Recommend suitable technology solutions and business process improvements based on clients' actual needs.
• Manage client expectations, provide regular updates, address concerns, and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Participate in proposal discussions, solution presentations, and project estimation when required.

Business Analysis, Documentation & Prototyping

• Take an active role in business analysis whenever required.
• Prepare and review SRS, BRD, functional specifications, user stories, workflow diagrams, process maps, and other project documentation.
• Prepare or coordinate wireframes, interactive prototypes, proof of concepts (PoCs), and functional demonstrations to communicate proposed solutions.
• Ensure requirements are properly documented, validated, and communicated to the development team.
• Maintain documentation standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Team & People Management

• Lead, motivate, mentor, and coordinate cross-functional software development teams.
• Promote accountability, ownership, collaboration, transparency, and effective communication.
• Monitor team performance, identify skill gaps, and encourage continuous learning and professional development.
• Help resolve interpersonal and operational challenges within the team.
• Build a positive, disciplined, productive, and performance-oriented working environment.
• Encourage team members to take initiative, share ideas, and continuously improve their work.

AI Adoption, Innovation & Process Improvement

• Actively leverage modern AI tools and technologies to improve project management, business analysis, documentation, research, prototyping, communication, and overall productivity.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI into internal workflows and software development processes.
• Encourage responsible and effective AI adoption across teams.
• Research emerging technologies, industry trends, software development practices, and innovative solutions.
• Introduce practical ideas and strategies to improve operational efficiency, development quality, and team productivity.

Software Product Development

• Work closely with management and technical teams to plan, develop, improve, and launch the company's own software platforms and products.
• Contribute to product discovery, requirement analysis, feature planning, roadmap development, and release management.
• Help ensure that software products are designed and developed according to international quality, usability, security, and scalability standards.
• Take ownership of product development milestones and coordinate teams to achieve planned objectives.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve existing products and explore new technology-driven solutions.

Organizational Growth & Continuous Improvement

• Proactively identify weaknesses in existing workflows, project management practices, communication, and delivery processes.
• Recommend and implement practical strategies to improve work culture, operational efficiency, and software quality.
• Establish and promote professional standards, structured processes, and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Work closely with management to achieve organizational objectives and support the company's growth strategy.
• Bring new ideas, positive energy, and a strong sense of ownership to the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Relevant professional certifications in project management, Agile/Scrum, or business analysis will be considered an advantage.

• 4 to 5 years

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 4–5 years of professional experience in software development project management.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a project leadership or managerial role.
• Proven experience managing software development projects involving web applications, mobile applications, APIs, databases, and modern software technologies.
• Experience working directly with clients, gathering requirements, managing expectations, and overseeing project delivery.
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
• Experience in product development or SaaS-based software development will be a strong advantage.

• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery management skills.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and related project management practices.
• Strong business analysis, requirement engineering, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with developers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla.
• Strong client communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or equivalent.
• Practical experience using modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools to improve productivity and work quality.
• Strong documentation, presentation, demonstration, and prototyping capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical thinking, leadership, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.

Additional Requirements

• Must be willing to travel within Bangladesh and internationally whenever required for client meetings, project discussions, or business purposes.
• Must be comfortable attending client meetings and leading requirement discovery and solution discussions.
• Must be flexible enough to take on business analysis and other project-related responsibilities when necessary.
• Must be capable of managing responsibilities independently while working closely with company management.
