If you enjoy working close to the hardware, this role offers the opportunity to build the firmware that powers advanced industrial imaging products used around the world. As part of Teledyne FLIR Integrated Imaging Solutions, you’llworkattheintersectionofembeddedprocessors,FPGAs,andimagesensors,helpingdeliverreliable,high-performancemachinevisioncamerasforautomation,robotics,inspection,andintelligenttransportationapplications.
You’llcollaboratewithexperiencedfirmware,FPGA,hardware,andsoftwareengineerswhiledevelopingthelow-leveltechnologythatenablescustomerstocaptureandprocesscriticalimagingdata.
Whatyou'lldo
- DesignandmaintainembeddedfirmwareinCforindustrialcameraplatforms.
- Developlow-leveldrivers,interrupthandling,DMApaths,bootprocesses,andboardsupportfunctionality.
- Implementprocessor-to-FPGAinterfaces,registermaps,andcontrolmechanisms.
- ContributetomachinevisioninterfacestacksincludingGenICam,GigEVision,USB3Vision,andCoaXPress.
- Optimizehigh-throughputdatastreaming,synchronization,andtimingperformance.
- Supportboardbring-up,hardwaredebugging,androot-causeanalysis.
- Investigatecustomer-reportedissuesanddeliververifiedfixes.
- Participateincodereviews,designdiscussions,testing,anddocumentation.

Salary Range:
$76,800.00-$102,400.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
