  • Develop and maintain integrations between equipment, databases, MES, and business systems.
  • Improve application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
  • Troubleshoot complex software, data, and integration issues affecting manufacturing operations.
  • Help refine and promote software engineering, testing, and documentation standards.
  • Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing across the team.
  • Support controlled deployments and user acceptance testing activities.
  • Evaluate and apply AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and quality.

What you need

  • Required: Strong software development expertise with C# and SQL Server.
  • Required: Experience developing and supporting production software applications.
  • Required: Experience with web-based application development.
  • Required: Experience leading software projects or major technical initiatives.
  • Required: Strong understanding of source control, testing, deployment, debugging, and support practices.
  • Required: Experience designing integrations across applications, databases, equipment, or enterprise systems.
  • Advantage: Manufacturing, semiconductor, MEMS, MES, or SECS/GEM experience.
  • Advantage: Python software development expertise.
  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

What we offer

  • Meaningful work supporting advanced manufacturing operations.
  • Opportunities to lead impactful technical initiatives.
  • Collaboration with experienced engineering and automation professionals.
  • Exposure to modern software, integration, and manufacturing technologies.
  • A culture focused on continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Long-term technical growth within a global technology organization.
