YARD DISPATCHER

LOCATION: Neuquen - Neuquen - Argentina

DEPARTMENT: SUPPLY CHAIN

Principales Responsabilidades

Coordinación Operativa y Logística

  • Revisar la programación operativa diaria y del día siguiente junto a programadores y supervisores.
  • Gestionar la disponibilidad de recursos logísticos necesarios para la ejecución de operaciones.
  • Coordinar la asignación y solicitud de camiones para despachos y movimientos de materiales.
  • Levantar alertas ante desvíos que puedan afectar el cumplimiento de la programación.
  • Coordinar proveedores logísticos y transportistas externos.
  • Realizar seguimiento de cargas pendientes, demoras y desvíos operativos.

Gestión de Materiales e Inventarios

  • Controlar y administrar stock de materiales en sistemas SAP y UNIX.
  • Programar despachos de materiales hacia pozos, bancales, talleres y clientes.
  • Gestionar ingresos y recepciones de materiales en tránsito.
  • Coordinar retornos, inspecciones y movimientos internos de materiales.
  • Validar documentación y remitos asociados a los despachos.

Gestión Administrativa y Sistemas

  • Operar sistemas de gestión logística y materiales (SAP, UNIX, SGT, PRODESNA).
  • Generar documentación operativa y administrativa vinculada a despachos.
  • Emitir remitos finales y documentación requerida por clientes y áreas internas.
  • Mantener actualizada la información operacional en los sistemas corporativos.

Coordinación con Clientes y Áreas Internas

  • Interactuar con Programación, Supervisión, Operaciones, Logística, Bases Operativas y Clientes.
  • Coordinar actividades con almacenes y sectores de materiales.
  • Participar en reuniones diarias de planificación y seguimiento.
  • Gestionar solicitudes de materiales y servicios requeridos por clientes.

Seguridad, Calidad y Mejora Continua

  • Cumplir procedimientos HSE, calidad y gestión.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de procesos logísticos establecidos.
  • Participar activamente en iniciativas de mejora operacional.

Requisitos Técnicos

Formación

  • Técnico/a en Logística, Administración, Transporte o carreras afines.
  • Se valorarán estudios universitarios en Ingeniería, Logística o Administración.

Experiencia

  • Mínimo 2 años en posiciones de logística, dispatch, transporte, supply chain o coordinación operativa.
  • Experiencia en operaciones de Oil & Gas, minería o industrias con alta complejidad logística (deseable).
  • Experiencia en coordinación de transporte y gestión de materiales.

Conocimientos Técnicos

  • Manejo de SAP (preferentemente módulos MM/Logística).
  • Conocimiento de sistemas UNIX o similares.
  • Manejo de herramientas de gestión logística y tracking.
  • Gestión de inventarios y control de stock.
  • Emisión y control de documentación logística.
  • Conocimientos de transporte terrestre y coordinación de cargas.
  • Excel intermedio/avanzado.
