岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1.深度参与QQ飞车，怪物猎人等游戏产品及UE5新作的研发;

2.开发材质和工具，以满足项目对角色、生物等资产的渲染品质提升和特殊表现需求;

3.根据项目美术风格，搭建可复用的角色材质方案;

4.角色光照与渲染方案制定;

5.配合引擎程序、美术团队，推进角色相关的资产规范化和性能优化。

岗位要求 / Requirements

1.具备丰富的游戏角色渲染效果制作经验;

2.熟悉Unreal/Unity引擎的材质与渲染模块，了解实时渲染光照体系;

3.熟练掌握角色资产制作流程及相关 DCC 工具，熟悉 3ds Max、ZBrush、Substance 等制作流程;

4.有完整商业项目角色TA经验，尤其是角色渲染经验;

5.对渲染品质和性能的权衡有清晰的意识;

6.能够运用AI 辅助资产生成、材质制作或工具开发，提升美术生产效率;

7.有良好的团队协作和沟通能力。
