Обязанности:

  • Разработка и поддержка системы контроля затрат проекта.

  • Мониторинг фактических затрат и их сопоставление с утверждённым бюджетом.

  • Подготовка отчётов по затратам и анализ отклонений от бюджета.

  • Подготовка платежей с необходимыми подтверждающими документами.

  • Проверка счетов субподрядчиков и платёжной документации.

  • Взаимодействие с финансовым отделом, проектной командой и субподрядчиками по вопросам затрат и платежей.

Требования:

  • Опыт работы в сфере Cost Control / Project Controls от 3 до 6 лет.

  • Опыт работы в нефтегазовой отрасли и EPC-проектах.

  • Опыт проверки счетов субподрядчиков и подтверждающих документов.

  • Уверенное владение MS Excel.

  • Английский язык - уровень C1 (продвинутый).

  • Аналитическое мышление, внимательность к деталям и ответственность.
