In this role, you will contribute to the design, automation and operation of a secure cloud-native platform, ensuring its reliability, performance and security. You will work with modern infrastructure and automation technologies, covering container orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, monitoring and software supply-chain security.

The activities include, among others:

  • Designing, deploying and maintaining cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles.

  • Deploying, configuring and operating Kubernetes/K3S clusters using Rancher.

  • Implementing secure Docker image building, vulnerability scanning and deployment processes.

  • Managing Kubernetes security, including role-based access control (RBAC), secrets management, network policies and access control.

  • Deploying and maintaining monitoring and alerting solutions using Prometheus and Grafana.

  • Supporting infrastructure and services involving PostgreSQL, Redis Streams, DuckDB and data lake technologies.

  • Automating infrastructure provisioning, configuration and operational processes.

  • Troubleshooting production issues and improving platform availability, reliability and performance.

  • Promoting DevSecOps principles, Infrastructure as Code and secure software supply-chain practices.

  • Collaborating with development teams to ensure security, quality and operational requirements are integrated throughout the software development lifecycle.

Bring your expertise into play

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in DevOps, DevSecOps or closely related infrastructure engineering roles.

  • Strong experience working with Linux, Docker and Kubernetes environments.

  • Proven experience designing and maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines.

  • Experience with software quality and security tools such as SonarQube, JFrog Artifactory, JFrog Xray or equivalent solutions.

  • Good understanding of container security, Kubernetes security and secure deployment practices.

  • Experience implementing monitoring and alerting solutions using Prometheus and Grafana.

  • Scripting and automation skills using Bash and/or Python.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with an interest in improving system reliability and performance.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with development and infrastructure teams.

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.

  • Knowledge of French is considered an advantage.

Experience or interest in the following technologies is a plus, not a hard requirement:

  • S3NS or sovereign cloud environments.

  • GitOps practices and deployment tools such as Helm, Argo CD or Flux.

  • PostgreSQL, Redis Streams and data lake architectures.

  • DuckDB and related data processing technologies.

  • GNSS, geospatial technologies or scientific applications.
