Overview
Terma is a Danish high-tech defense and security company headquartered in Lystrup near Aarhus, Denmark, developing radar systems, aircraft self-protection, command and control software, aerostructures and space products. Founded in 1949, the group operates across Europe, the US, the Middle East and Asia, with major Danish sites in Lystrup and Søborg and space engineering teams in Darmstadt, Vienna, Munich and Prague. It hires software engineers, project and product managers, sales managers for its SCANTER radars, purchasers, financial controllers, space engineers and student workers, with security clearance required for many roles.
