About the role
Join Tesco Ireland’s 10-week Online Internship Programme and gain hands-on experience in one of Ireland’s leading retail businesses. This is an exciting opportunity to learn about our business, work alongside experienced colleagues, and contribute to projects that make a real difference for our customers, colleagues and the planet. Our Online team is focused on delivering a seamless shopping experience for millions of customers. During your internship, you'll gain exposure to the fast-paced world of e-commerce and learn how Tesco develops, manages and grows its online business. We work in an agile way, continually testing, learning and moving quickly to improve the customer experience. You may have the opportunity to work with teams and initiatives such as Whoosh. Throughout the programme, you'll develop valuable workplace skills, build your professional network and work in a supportive and inclusive environment. From day one, you'll be encouraged to bring your ideas, challenge yourself and discover where your strengths and interests lie. Salary: 28,000 € Programme start date: 14 June 2027

You will be responsible for
Supporting your team with meaningful, live business projects and day-to-day activities. Collaborating with colleagues across different functions to deliver outcomes and gain a broader understanding of the business. Analysing information and contributing ideas to improve processes, projects and customer experiences. Taking ownership of tasks and project deliverables, with support from experienced mentors and colleagues. Building relationships across the business and actively participating in team discussions and activities. Engaging with learning and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. Demonstrating Tesco values in everything you do and contributing positively to an inclusive team environment. Supporting the development and delivery of online initiatives that help grow Tesco's digital business. Using customer, market and performance data to identify opportunities to improve the online shopping experience. Working within agile teams to test, learn and implement improvements that deliver value for customers.
You will need
A genuine curiosity and desire to learn, develop and grow both personally and professionally.
