Junior AI Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and curious Junior AI Programmer to join our AI team. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to work on exciting AI/ML projects, contribute to the development of intelligent applications, and grow their skills in data science and machine learning. You'll work closely with senior engineers and analysts to support the design, implementation, and optimization of AI models and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development, training, and testing of machine learning models.
• Support the implementation of LLMs and AI agents under guidance from senior team members.
• Contribute to data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation tasks.
• Write clean, modular code to support AI pipelines and data workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver AI-driven features.
• Stay updated with trends in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing.
• Document code, experiments, and model performance for team use and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field (or final-year student/intern).
• Strong foundation in Java and Python and familiarity with ML libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Basic understanding of LLMs and their applications (e. g., chatbots, text classification, summarization), openAI or claude.
• Exposure to data analysis tools like Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
• Familiarity with Git and version control practices.
• Willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Nice to Have:

• Academic or personal projects involving ML/AI or NLP.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) or Docker.
• Exposure to tools like LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, or vector databases.
• Participation in AI/ML competitions (e. g., Kaggle) or open-source contributions.
