Require a Chief Accountant in UAE

• Manage end-to-end financial operations for contracting projects including invoicing billing and payment processing
  
• Ensure compliance with contract terms payment schedules and regulatory requirements
  
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support project performance and budget tracking
  
• Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams to forecast financial needs and monitor expenditures
  
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and support internal and external audits
  
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data promptly and effectively
  

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial operations within contracting or construction industries
  
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks SAP Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
  
• Strong understanding of contract terms payment milestones and financial reporting standards
  
• Excellent attention to detail organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
