Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Meet prospective clients at inspections, answer their questions, and turn inquiries into bookings.
• Supervise external vendors (decorators, caterers, etc.) during setup and teardown, and make sure they follow venue rules.
• Supervise security and cleaning staff so the space is safe and clean before, during, and after every event.
• Stay on-site for every event, handle issues as they come up, and check the space for damage afterward.
• Check ACs, lighting, power, and other facilities before each booking, report faults, and follow up until they’re fixed.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year in event, venue, or hospitality operations.
• Confident dealing with clients face-to-face and following up on inquiries until they book.
• Calm under pressure and able to fix problems on the spot.
• Living in or near Ikeja is an advantage.

Remuneration: NGN 120,000
