  • StrongunderstandingofSAP upgradecycles(S/4HANA, ECC, SPS/FPS, technicalupgrades)

  • Experienceworkingwithdistributedteamsin nearshore/offshore (LATAM)deliverymodels

  • Solid backgroundin cutoverplanning, testingcoordination, and defectmanagement

  • PMP orequivalentcertificationpreferred; SAP experiencerequired
