Job Requirements
◇ Advanced business communication skills in Japanese and English (used for cross-market communication, client interaction, and content development)
◇ 10+ years of practical experience in public relations, integrated communications, or marketing
◇ Proven track record of leading regional or multi-market client accounts and achieving measurable business impact
◇ Deep understanding of technology/B2B/digital ecosystems and the ability to connect this with cross-industry insights
◇ Strategic planning skills to translate client business goals into compelling communication strategies (campaigns)
◇ Expertise in media relations, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement at the senior to executive (C-suite) level
◇ Practical experience in cross-functional team management and mid-level leader development (mentoring)
◇ Experience working in a fast-paced, multicultural, matrix environment in the APAC or global market
