Private Wealth Business Development Manager

We are an international financial group founded in 2016, regulated by CySEC and the Central Bank of Cyprus, combining a family-office approach with the infrastructure of a modern financial institution. The Group manages over €350M in assets and operates across Cyprus, the UAE, Switzerland, and the United States.

We are expanding our Client Acquisition team and are looking for a Private Wealth Business Development Manager to engage with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

This role offers a clear path into Relationship Management and long-term career growth within wealth management and private banking.

What you will do

• Proactively identify, approach, and qualify potential clients among HNW/UHNW individuals, entrepreneurs, business owners, and family offices
• Conduct initial meetings and present our ecosystem, including wealth management, digital assets, and corporate solutions
• Understand client needs, investment objectives, and risk profiles, and pass qualified leads to Relationship Managers
• Develop and maintain long-term, trust-based client relationships throughout extended sales cycles
• Maintain accurate CRM records and closely collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client journey and onboarding process

Requirements

1.Client-Facing Experience

• Experience in Business Development, Sales, Relationship Management, Client Acquisition, or similar client-facing roles within financial services.
• Experience working with affluent or HNW client segments is advantageous; however, we also welcome commercially driven professionals from related financial services backgrounds.

2. Financial Literacy & Investment Knowledge

• Good understanding of financial markets and basic investment principles is desirable.
• A background in finance, economics, banking, or related fields will be considered a strong advantage.
• Ability to understand client investment goals and confidently discuss financial markets, investment solutions, and different investment approaches with prospective clients.

3. Languages

• Fluent Russian and English (written and spoken)

5. Eligibility

• Right to work in Cyprus or willingness to relocate to Cyprus.
• Nice to Have
• CySEC certification (or willingness to obtain it)
• Existing network of HNW/UHNW individuals, entrepreneurs, family offices, or private banking professionals is a strong advantage
• Exposure to digital assets or alternative investments
• Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales processes
