- エンジニアリング組織全体の生産性を向上させるための、共通基盤、CI/CDパイプライン、および開発プロセスの標準化と自動化の推進

We are pursuing two lines of business. The first is the realization of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) originating from Japan. Rather than providing a single massive model uniformly to all users, we aim to create "Ubiquitous AGI" that grows and adapts independently for each individual user. The second is the development of a global consumer platform leveraging the unique characteristics of Ubiquitous AGI. In January 2026, we completed one of Japan's largest initial funding rounds of approximately ¥10 billion, and through a capital and business alliance with the Hakuhodo DY Group, we are accelerating both our cutting-edge AI research and product development.
## Significance & Background
This position leads the overall backend architecture design and technical excellence underpinning our complex AI product platform. Going beyond individual feature development, you will define standards to ensure reliability and scalability at a global scale, and take ownership of resolving company-wide technical challenges. You will play a critical role in building the system infrastructure that delivers cutting-edge algorithms created by our AI R&D organization with proven product quality.
## Responsibilities & Expected Outcomes
- Lead overall architecture design and technology selection for highly available and scalable backend systems capable of global deployment
- Identify performance bottlenecks and technical debt across the entire system, and execute high-complexity implementations and refactoring toward fundamental solutions
- Drive standardization and automation of shared infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and development processes to improve productivity across the engineering organization
- Mentor senior and junior engineers, and elevate technical standards and engineering culture through code reviews
