You will help redefine how people discover, search, and shop for the things they love, on a business expanding quickly across global markets.

Responsibilities:

- Own cost-efficiency data applications and services for both the platform and merchants, independently driving functional modules end to end from requirements to launch, including front-end and back-end development of products such as cost analysis, capital loss prevention and merchant cost insights;

- Build the Promotion Data Platform, covering data warehouse modeling, offline and real-time data pipelines, unified metric definitions and data quality governance, to ensure the stability, timeliness and accuracy of data pipelines;

- Develop a deep understanding of user growth and marketing in international e-commerce. Work with Product, Operations and Data Science to build the metric framework and analytical methods for marketing spend, turn analytical capabilities into reusable data products and services, and explore the application of AI in cost analysis and decision-making.

Minimum Qualification(s)

- Foundation: Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & System Analysis, Science (Computer Studies) or related discipline, with solid practical ability (at least 4 years of experience) in back-end, front-end or data development;

- Tech stack: Full-stack track: proficient in at least one back-end language such as Go, Python or Java, with knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React. Data track: proficient in at least one big data technology among Hive, Spark, Flink and ClickHouse;

- Business understanding: Willing to deeply understand business concepts such as marketing, user growth, ROI, experimentation and strategy, and to solve real business problems with technology;

- Professional qualities: Strong numerical intuition, with high standards for data accuracy and system stability; skilled at communicating and collaborating with Product, Operations and Data Science;

- Embrace AI: Actively embrace AI, leverage it to improve R&D efficiency, and drive AI adoption in business scenarios.
