  • Administration und Konfiguration von Servern
  • Einrichten von Webspaces, E-Mail-Accounts, etc.
  • Ausbau von Monitoring-Strukturen
  • Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung von Sicherheits-, Backup- und Recovery-Konzepten
  • Konzeption, Realisierung und Wartung von IT-Systemen für den Einsatz in unseren Rechenzentren (u.a. Cloud- und Hochverfügbarkeitslösungen)
  • Optimierung von Serverdiensten (nginx, PHP, MySQL, etc.)
  • Support (per E-Mail und Telefon), Kundenberatung, Betreuung unserer Kunden, Fehlersuche und Störungsbeseitigung
  • Installation und Umzug von CMS und Onlineshop-Systemen
  • Teilnahme an der Rufbereitschaft außerhalb der Bürozeiten und am Wochenende
