Titan Professional Resources is seeking a Financial Specialist to join one of our clients in OKC! This position is responsible for analyzing data, administering banking systems, and developing reports to support business operations, improve efficiency, and guide strategic decision-making.
Financial Specialist Responsibilities
Administer Personal Banking reporting and operational systems, including user access management and data integrity monitoring.
Calculate, model, and submit incentive program information for approval.
Research, compile, analyze, and report operational data, including productivity and quality statistics.
Assist with annual financial budgets and prepare monthly reports.
Create and maintain databases and develop queries to support business needs.
Support and lead process improvement and analytics initiatives.
Recommend policies, procedures, and training to improve compliance, efficiency, and customer service.
Financial Specialist Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or Economics with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
2+ years of experience in an analytical setting.
Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and mathematical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
Experience with Power BI and Python is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
Ability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
