Titan Wealth is continuing to invest in and strengthen its Paraplanning function and is seeking an experienced Paraplanning Team Leader to lead a growing team through an exciting period of development and transformation.

This is an opportunity for an accomplished people manager to take ownership of a multi-site Paraplanning team, driving quality, consistency, performance and engagement whilst helping to shape the future of the function.

You'll be responsible for leading a team of Paraplanners across multiple locations, providing day-to-day leadership, coaching and operational oversight. Working closely with Financial Planners, Client Support teams and senior management, you'll ensure workloads are effectively managed, service levels are maintained and team members are supported to reach their full potential.

The role will play a key part in embedding best practices, developing processes and creating a high-performing culture focused on quality, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilites

    Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Paraplanners across multiple locations.
  • Conduct regular one-to-ones, performance reviews and development discussions.
  • Provide ongoing mentoring, support and constructive feedback.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performance team culture.
  • Identify and nurture future talent within the function.
  • Workload & Resource Management

  • Oversee the daily allocation of work across the team.
  • Manage capacity planning and prioritisation to ensure service standards are maintained.
  • Monitor workloads and resource requirements across the function.
  • Support business growth by ensuring the team is appropriately structured and resourced.
  • Quality Assurance & Technical Oversight

  • Maintain high standards of paraplanning output and report quality.
  • Conduct first-line quality reviews and identify coaching opportunities.
  • Act as an escalation point for technical and complex planning queries.
  • Promote a "right first time" approach and drive continuous improvement in quality standards.
  • Ensure all work complies with FCA requirements and internal policies.
  • Process Improvement & MI

  • Develop and utilise management information to monitor team performance and productivity.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency and service delivery.
  • Support the implementation of new processes and ways of working.
  • Help embed the Titan Wealth approach across newer team members and recently established teams.
  • Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with Financial Planners, Client Support teams and wider business functions.
  • Act as a key liaison between departments to drive collaboration and improve client outcomes.
  • Support the delivery of a seamless end-to-end financial planning service.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Level 4 qualified in financial planning
  • Previous experience as a paraplanner or in a similar support role within a financial services firm.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning concepts, products, and regulatory requirements (e.g., FCA).
  • Excellent IT, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to analyse technical information and ensure attention to detail.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset.
