Rejoins Tomorro, une plateforme IA de Contract Lifecycle Management. En tant que Senior Engineering Manager, tu piloteras deux squads, en rapportant directement au CTO. Tu seras responsable de l'installation du moteur d'exécution, du recrutement et du coaching des talents, de la gestion des métriques, de la garantie des standards d'ingénierie, de la coordination et du flux, ainsi que de la gestion des parties prenantes.
Missions
- Installer le moteur d'exécution en mettant en place des frameworks, des rituels lean et des guardrails.
