About the Role

We’re looking for a Brand & Marketing Coordinator to support the rollout of campaigns, manage social media activity, and help keep our marketing projects running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys content and social media, but also thrives on organisation, detail, and teamwork.

You’ll work closely with our content creators, agencies, and internal teams to ensure campaigns move seamlessly from idea to delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Social Media Management: Assist with planning, captions, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and aparthotel accounts.
• Content Coordination: Work with creators to organise shoots, property access, and campaign deliverables.
• Basic Content Creation: Create simple graphics and posts using approved templates when needed.
• Campaign Support: Help roll out campaigns across social, email, websites, Meta, and properties.
• Email & Website Updates: Assist with email campaigns, website updates, and basic Meta campaign setup.
• Google Business Profiles: Keep property profiles updated and monitor reviews.
• Agency Coordination: Manage briefs, feedback, and timelines with agencies, developers, and suppliers.
• Collateral Management: Assist with quotes, samples, printing, and delivery of marketing materials.
• Project Tracking: Keep tasks updated in Asana and organise assets in Google Drive.
• Reporting: Maintain trackers, links, and basic reporting information.
• General Support: Assist with other brand and marketing projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or brand coordination.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience managing social media accounts and content calendars.
• Good writing and communication skills.
• A keen eye for content, design, and brand consistency.
• Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Google Workspace.
• Experience with Asana or similar project management tools is a plus.
• Basic understanding of email marketing, Meta campaigns, and reporting.
• Proactive, deadline-driven, and comfortable following up with multiple stakeholders.

You’ll have access to professional content creators, so you won’t be expected to produce all content yourself. But you should understand content creation and be able to assist with basic posts and graphics when needed.
