TP ICAP is a London markets infrastructure group that operates the world's largest interdealer broking business. Alongside voice and electronic broking it runs data and analytics businesses and a regulated digital asset venue. The company is listed in London and serves banks and institutions across rates, credit, equities and commodities.

The TP ICAP Group is a world leading provider of market infrastructure and data.

Our purpose is to provide clients with access to global financial and commodities markets, improving price discovery, liquidity, and distribution of data, through responsible and innovative solutions.

The Group operates from more than 60 offices in 28 countries. We are 5,300 people strong, working together to achieve our vision of being the world’s most trusted, innovative, liquidity and data solutions specialist.

Role Overview:

As an Internal Communications Manager in the Group’s Corporate Affairs function, you will deliver global campaigns, strategic initiatives and day-to-day communications for predominantly internal audiences, supporting business performance, strengthening employee engagement, and reinforcing the Group’s narrative.

You will operate at two levels:

  • Globally: supporting the design and delivery of Group-wide internal communication strategy and campaigns.

Please note, this opportunity is a 12 month fixed term contract position.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Plan, source, write and edit engaging content, for a variety of digital and physical formats and channels, for a diverse internal audience.

  • Work with stakeholders - including C-suite level - to develop and deliver internal communication strategies and plans that will resonate with colleagues and deliver clear business outcomes in support of the Group Internal Communications Strategy.

  • Champion the effective use of a full range of internal communications tactics including two-way dialogue-based channels as drivers of engagement throughout the organisation.

  • Support, guide, and coach the Marketing & Communications team and stakeholders to promote internal communication best practice and drive strategic communication plans and campaigns for key initiatives and BAU aligned to Group priorities.

  • Create and produce video content, linked to clear deliverables and outcomes.

  • Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders, particularly in the People team, APAC region and E&C.

  • Contribute, where appropriate, to wider Corporate Affairs initiatives, including social media content development and external communications / media support
