E-invoicing mandates are arriving market by market, and each one changes what our customers need from us. This role stands up e-invoicing at Traild. You will own compliance and project manage the delivery of AP e-invoicing to customers, across ERPs and countries.
You start as an individual contributor, working with Product, Solutions, Engineering, and Customer Success to turn each country's requirements into something we can build, sell, and implement. As the capability matures, your job shifts to keeping it current and passing what you have learnt to the wider team.
We’re hiring in the UK, Netherlands, Spain, or the Nordics. If you’re elsewhere in Europe and have strong relevant experience, we’d still love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Track country mandates, formats, and timelines, and turn them into clear requirements per country, per ERP, and per workflow
Act as the internal point of contact on what compliance means for Traild in each market, and when needed work with external advisors or network providers to confirm it.
Keep the compliance position current as mandates change, and make sure Product, Solutions, and Customer Success work from the same view.
Project manage the delivery of e-invoicing to customers across ERPs and countries, from scoping through to go-live.
Coordinate Product, Solutions, and Engineering so requirements, priorities, and timelines are clear.
Work with the Integrations team so ERP integrations support country-specific data requirements and workflows.
Work hand-in-hand with Customer Success on the first wave of e-invoicing implementations.
Support Customer Success on e-invoicing tickets, including diagnosis, workarounds, and escalation to Engineering.
Build the playbooks, training, and reference materials that let Customer Success implement e-invoicing without your direct support.
Develop and maintain ERP and country guides for Solutions Engineers.
Document how each ERP and country combination works, including gaps and agreed workarounds.
Support Account Executives with e-invoicing demos, technical calls, scoping, and RFI responses.
Give a straight answer on what Traild supports today in each country, and what sits on the roadmap.
Bring recurring customer requirements back to Product with the context attached.
