  • Support the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs.

  • Assist in preparing quantities take‑off from engineering drawings.

  • Communicate with suppliers & subcontractors to collect quotations.

  • Support drafting and reviewing subcontract agreements.

  • Coordinate with site engineers to validate quantities and variations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering,

  • +2 years of experience in QS or cost control.

  • Basic knowledge of construction materials, methods, and drawings. 

  • Familiarity with cost estimation is a plus.

  • Good command of AutoCAD and Revit , Excel, and measurement software.
