Job Title: Senior Back End Developer (3 Positions)

Job Summary: Tricsoft Technologies is looking for an experienced Backend Developers to join our growing engineering team on a full-time, 6-month development contract . We are looking for a developer with strong experience building enterprise-grade ERP systems , designing scalable backend services, and working with microservices architecture .
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in backend development.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing ERP or enterprise business management systems.
- Strong practical experience with Microservices Architecture and distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of Python and Django.
- Working knowledge of Java and Java-based backend development.
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs, API integration, authentication, and backend security.
- Strong knowledge of database design, SQL, data modelling, and performance optimisation.
- Good understanding of SDLC and software development best practices.
- Experience with Git/GitHub and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, scalable, and production-ready code.
- ERP Development Experience
- Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience developing ERP systems or complex enterprise applications.
- Experience in areas such as the following will be relevant
- Finance & Accounting
- Procurement
- Inventory & Warehousing
- Human Resource Management
- Sales & Customer Management
- Reporting & Business Intelligence
- Workflow and approval systems
- Document and records management
- Role-based access control
- Microservices Experience
- Candidates should have practical experience with microservices architecture , including Designing and developing independent backend services
- REST APIs and service-to-service communication
- Inter-service integration
- Authentication and authorisation
- Database and data-service design
- Error handling, logging, and monitoring
- API gateways
- Scalability and performance considerations

Experience developing software for:
- Pharmaceutical or healthcare organisations
- Hospitals and laboratories
- Manufacturing
- Financial services
- Other regulated or compliance-driven industries
- Experience with GxP, regulatory, audit, or compliance-driven systems is an added advantage.
- Contract Availability
- Engagement: Full-Time
- Important
- This is a full-time development role. Candidates must be available to work full-time throughout the 6-month contract period.
- We are not looking for part-time developers or occasional freelancers for this role.
- The successful candidate will work closely with our engineering team to develop and deliver scalable, production-ready ERP and enterprise software solutions.
We are looking for a committed professional who:
- Can start immediately .
- Is available full-time for the entire 6-month contract .
- Has genuine hands-on experience developing ERP systems .
- Has practical knowledge of microservices architecture .
- Is proficient in Python/Django and has working knowledge of Java .
- Can take ownership of backend components and deliver production-ready solutions.
- Works effectively with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other technical team members.
