About Triforce Systems
Triforce Systems (TFS) is an ELV/ICT systems integrator delivering Low Current, AV, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and software projects for hospitals, banks, government and hospitality clients across Egypt and the GCC, with offices in Cairo and Riyadh.
We're looking for a Technical Manager to lead our technical teams across all business units and own the quality of every solution we design and deliver.
What you'll do
• Lead and develop the technical teams across Low Current (ELV), AV, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and Software
• Own solution design and technical sign-off for all bids: architectures, BOMs, compliance sheets and technical proposals
• Lead responses to large RFPs and tenders, and make sure every submission is technically sound and delivered on time
• Set technical standards, design templates and review processes across the business units
• Work with presales, sales and project delivery to make sure what we sell is what we can deliver, on budget
• Support project delivery on complex issues, site escalations and customer technical meetings
• Build strong relationships with vendor technical teams and keep partner certifications and specializations current
• Hire, mentor and grow engineers, and plan the team's training and certifications

Requirements
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Communications, Electronics or Computer Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in ICT / ELV systems integration, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership role
• Broad hands-on knowledge across several of these domains: structured cabling and networking, CCTV / access control / fire alarm / BMS, AV and conferencing, data center, IT infrastructure and cybersecurity
• Proven record leading technical responses to large tenders (government, healthcare, hospitality, banking, mega projects)
• Strong understanding of how solutions move from design to delivery: BOQ, shop drawings, installation, testing and commissioning, handover
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams
• Excellent English communication, presentation and report-writing skills
• Strong ownership, organization and ability to handle several bids and projects at once
Nice to have
• Gulf (GCC) market experience
• Professional certifications such as PMP, RCDD, CCNP/CCIE, CTS (AV) or equivalent
• Experience with consultant approvals and specifications in Egypt and KSA
• Willingness to travel to the GCC when needed
