Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and onboard brokers into Truva's Channel Partner network.
  • Drive property acquisition and buyer demand through broker partnerships.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with brokers.
  • Ensure brokers remain active, engaged, and aligned with Truva's goals.
  • Support brokers in growing their business by providing guidance, insights, and collaboration.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between brokers and internal teams.
  • Execute partnership strategies aligned with micromarket growth plans.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years in channel sales/partnerships/field sales.
  • Tier 1 / Tier 2 UG or MBA preferred.
  • Strong field execution + ownership mindset.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi (stakeholder-facing).
  • Experience in partner management (dealer/distributor/broker).
  • Ability to drive partner-led growth and engagement.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
