Key responsibilities
  • Lead generation (25%)
    • Build a target list of companies with 501000 employees in TSKs verticals; HR managers HR directors CFOs and owners are the buyers.
    • Run outbound by phone LinkedIn email and WhatsApp; reach HR communities HR conferences and payroll forums.
    • Qualify inbound and partner leads within 24 hours.
  • Discovery and HR process diagnosis (15%)
    • Map the clients hire-to-retire cycle: recruitment onboarding attendance and leave performance payroll offboarding.
    • Identify Labour Law and social insurance compliance gaps the current process creates.
    • Qualify budget decision makers timeline and current tools (Excel legacy HR systems competitors).
  • Pre-sales: demos and solution design (25%)
    • Configure and run tailored demos of Zoho People Zoho Recruit and performance modules on the clients own policies (leave types shifts appraisal cycle).
    • Build the solution scope: modules users integrations data migration payroll approach per country.
    • Answer technical and compliance questions in RFPs and security questionnaires.
  • Proposal negotiation and closing (20%)
    • Prepare proposals with license counts implementation effort and AMC using TSK templates and the rate card.
    • Validate effort with the delivery team before quoting.
    • Negotiate within discount authority; close and collect the first payment milestone.
  • Handover and expansion (10%)
    • Run a formal handover to delivery: signed scope HR policies collected stakeholders promises made.
    • Upsell additional modules (e.g. Recruit to an existing People client) and user expansions.
  • CRM and reporting (5%)
    • Log every activity stage and next step in Zoho CRM; deliver a weekly forecast.

    • Requirements

    Must have

    • Bachelors degree in Business HR Commerce or a related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in HR recruitment or payroll (in-house or HR consultancy).
    • Working knowledge of Egyptian Labour Law No. 14 of 2025 the Social Insurance Law and payroll income tax
    • 1 year in a client-facing sales account management or consulting role or a clear record of selling HR services.
    • Confident live demo skills on HR software (any HRIS: Zoho People Odoo HR SAP SuccessFactors Bayzat ZenHR Menaitech or similar).
    • Fluent Arabic and professional English spoken and written.
    • Disciplined CRM user.

    Nice to have

    • Zoho People or Zoho Recruit certification (TSK will fund it within the first 60 days if not held).
    • Payroll experience covering UAE (WPS) or KSA (GOSI Mudad) rules.
    • HR qualification such as CIPD SHRM-CP PHRi or an HR diploma.
    • Network among HR managers in TSKs target verticals.
