As the first dedicated Security Engineer, you will shape the security practices at Tsuga, influence product and infrastructure, and work closely with the CTO. You will own the security posture across the product, drive compliance and certifications, and build security into the development lifecycle. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience securing cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes, are comfortable reading and writing code, and have experience with SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification cycles.
