What You’ll Do -
Seeking an experienced Oracle EBS professional with 5-8 years of hands-on expertise across Oracle HRMS Functional modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Accruals or Fast formulas).The ideal candidate excels in business collaboration, problem-solving, solution delivery, and mentoring team members, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
You'll report to Senior Manager
During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Support business during month end close in the above-mentioned modules.
- Understanding the requirements, design, development, troubleshooting and unit testing for both delivered and custom requirements
- Significant experience working with business counterparts for all clarifications and requirements
- Self-motivated and proven record of executing deliverables effectively
- Ability and desire to coach team members and business partners on solution adoption
What You Bring to the Role
BE in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent
- 5-8 years of experience in Oracle EBS Modules: CoreHR , Payroll, Benefits.
- Excellent working knowledge in Absence, Fast formulas
- Strong domain knowledge with attention to detail.
- Strong advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
What You Can Expect
