Turno does this by providing a wide selection of vehicles from partner OEMs, affordable financing, and battery value guarantees to ensure the highest return on value for EV owners. Turnos mission is to transition gasoline miles to electric miles in India. Turno is founded by Hemanth Aluru and Sudhindra Reddy Pidapa - experienced entrepreneurs in the mobility industry with a strong track record of value creation. Recently, they led Zoomcar, India's largest personal mobility platform. Commercial Vehicles contribute 80-90% of fuel burnt today - those are the miles we want to replace with EV miles. And even though commercial EVs exist, adoption has been slow.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads to expand the customer base.
- Promote and sell commercial vehicle loan products to potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor customer accounts and proactively manage overdue payments.
- Negotiate and implement feasible payment plans with delinquent customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups on overdue and delinquent accounts to ensure timely recovery.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, collections efforts, and payment statuses.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2-5 years’ experience in Auto Loan industry.
- Should be willing to travel across assigned territory
