Senior Software Architect
About the opportunity
We are in search of a seasoned Senior Software Architect for a hands-on position focused on crafting scalable, secure, cloud-native SaaS solutions and promoting AI-first engineering practices.

Our client specializes in offering comprehensive HR software tailored for the public sector, addressing all facets of the employee lifecycle within government organizations, from recruitment to compliance.
Responsibilities
Develop scalable, secure, high-performance SaaS applications utilizing .NET and contemporary cloud technologies.
Take the lead on architecture across projects and engineering teams, providing mentorship to senior engineers and fostering technical excellence.
Architect cloud-native, API-first, microservices, and event-driven solutions.
Collaborate closely with Architects, Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to ensure the delivery of top-notch software.
Advocate for implementing AI-first software development practices throughout the organization, leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and automate tasks.
Requirements
A minimum of 12 years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in an Architect or Principal Engineer capacity.
Profound expertise in C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework, and Angular (16 or above).
Strong background in SQL Server/PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases (preferably Amazon DocumentDB).
Proven experience in designing enterprise SaaS applications incorporating microservices, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, and event-driven architecture.
Extensive cloud experience with AWS or Azure.
Daily practical exposure to AI coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and agentic development workflows.
Outstanding communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of GraphQL, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
Familiarity with CloudWatch, Datadog, or New Relic.
Background in Platform Engineering or AI Agent development.
AWS Solutions Architect certification.
